OUR TEAM
Our greatest asset is our team members! Our team is comprised of enthusiastic men and women that emulate the exact qualities our Character Counts Initiative encompasses; Respect, Encouragement, Responsibility, Attitude, Honesty, Leadership, Enthusiasm, Service, Sacrifice, Virtue, Diligence, and Integrity. These men and women are leaders on campus, at home, and in their churches and communities.
Each team member is carefully selected and undergoes a series of interviews, background screening, and assessment evaluations. Most of our team members have participated on short-term impact trips to Haiti and the Dominican Republic and have experienced first hand the challenges students face living in these impoverished communities. During school breaks and the summer, some of our team members will be serving in these school communities to assist with our school projects and programs.
